Industry Presentation Track

For authors seeking to publish their work in formal and archival publications. The submission in this track will undergo a thorough peer-review process, and accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for possible inclusion.

Submission Guidelines
  • 1
    Submitted manuscripts should be structured as technical papers. They must represent original unpublished research that is NOT currently under review elsewhere or for any other conference or journal.

    All submitted manuscripts will undergo double-blind review. Authors must remove names, affiliations, acknowledgements, and any identifying information from the manuscript.
  • 3
    One author of the manuscript must be from an industry affiliation. The track solicits contributions from research associated with industry or industry-academia collaboration with one industry representative as a co-author of the manuscript.
  • 4
    Submitted manuscripts must be between four and six (4–6) pages and must be prepared as per IEEE Conference Paper Guidelines. The IEEE conference style templates for MS Word and LaTeX provided by IEEE eXpress Conference Publishing are available for download. Papers not following the style guidelines may be rejected without review.
  • 5
    Electronic submissions must be in the form of a readable PDF file. All manuscripts must be submitted through the submission link (select the relevant track).
Acknowledgment: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Review Process

    Submitted manuscripts will undergo mandatory plagiarism screening as per IEEE guidelines. Papers violating ethics will be desk-rejected and the parent organizations of all the authors informed.

    All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by the Program Committee under a double-blind review process. Submitted papers should NOT list any author names, affiliations or any other personally identifiable information.
  • 3
    As an author, you should not identify yourself or your organization in the paper, either explicitly or by implication (e.g., through the references or acknowledgments). References to your own work (self-citation) must be written in the third person to avoid revealing identity.
  • 4
    Manuscripts will be evaluated on originality, technical depth, clarity, significance, and relevance to the conference scope.
  • 5
    The author list and order at the time of submission is considered final. No reordering, addition, or removal of authors is allowed after submission.

    Papers violating formatting, page limits, or anonymization rules will be desk-rejected without review.
Publication Policy
  • 1
    Upon paper acceptance, at least one author must register for the conference and present the paper in-person. Every accepted paper must have an individual author registration. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in exclusion of the paper from final proceedings.

    As per IEEE policy, authors of every published paper needs to sign a copyright transfer agreement. The instructions for the copyright agreement will be shared with the author after acceptance of the paper.

    All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

For authors seeking to present early-stage research, industry insights, position papers. The submissions in this track will be peer-reviewed for relevance and quality. Accepted contributions will be presented at the conference via talks or posters, but will NOT be submitted to IEEE Xplore.

Submission Guidelines

    The author should submit a one-page abstract and a 10-slide presentation through the submission link (select the relevant track).
  • 2
    The abstract should be made of one page, restricted to 200–500 words. It should concisely summarize the key problem, methodology, results, and significance of the work.
  • 3
    One author of the manuscript must be from an industry affiliation. The track solicits contributions from research associated with industry or industry-academia collaboration with one industry representative as co-author of the manuscript.
  • 4
    The presentation should be as per the template provided on the website. Any presentation not prepared as per the template will be rejected without review.
  • 5
    The presentation should clearly articulate the problem statement or novel idea, the proposed solution, as well as the results and potential applications.
  • 6
    The presentation submission should contain a maximum of 10 slides as per the presentation template. All figures and references should be incorporated within this limit.
  • 7
    The submission should be done in PDF/PPT/PPTX format only.
Presentation Policy
  • 1
    Upon final acceptance, at least one author must register for the conclave and present the work in-person.
  • 2
    Every accepted abstract must have an individual author registration.
