IEEE Bangalore Technology Conclave
IEEE Bangalore Technology Conclave (BTC) is a premier industry forum dedicated to the Future of Technology and sustainable technological advancement.
The 7th edition of this flagship annual conclave of IEEE Bangalore Section will focus on Sustainable AI through Co-design of Systems and Software, exploring how unified hardware–software approaches can unlock optimized performance, resource efficiency, and scalable deployment. It will be held in the Chancery Pavilion, Residency Road, Bengaluru, India, from September 24-25, 2026.
IEEE BTC serves as a catalyst for collaboration between industry and research communities. It features high quality and industry-focused research papers and presentations from leading researchers, practitioners, and technologists; and is complemented by plenary talks, panel discussions, thought leadership forums, and other sessions.

Submission Tracks
We solicit submission of original, unpublished work in any of the following 2 technical tracks (where page limit includes all figures, tables, references, etc.):
Industry Research Track
For authors seeking to publish their work in formal and archival publications. The submission in this track will undergo a thorough peer-review process, and accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for possible inclusion.

Industry Presentation Track
For authors seeking to present early-stage research, industry insights, position papers. The submissions in this track will be peer-reviewed for relevance and quality. Accepted contributions will be presented at the conference via talks or posters, but will NOT be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
